When dealing with objects with well-defined edges. To use the Pen Tool: Select the Pen Tool from the toolbar. Create anchor points around the object you want to mask by clicking and dragging. To create curves, click and drag the anchor points’ direction handles. Complete the path by connecting the last anchor point to the first one.
